Shipping & Delivery
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
Delivery
Standard shipping to the US typically arrives within 8–15 business days after processing. During peak periods (holidays, major sales), please allow up to 20 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.
Multiple packages
To get your pieces to you as quickly as possible, items from the same order may ship separately and arrive in more than one package — each with its own tracking number. Don’t worry if part of your order arrives first; the rest is on its way.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Your tracking link is emailed automatically once your order ships, and may take 2–5 days to show its first scan.
Address changes & cancellations
Need to fix an address or cancel? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to redirect it.
Delayed or lost orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days of shipping, reach out — we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
